Everything ships free — no minimum order. Here's exactly how it works.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We're unable to ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping cost

Free — on every order, with no minimum. The price you see is the price you pay for the item; sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Oversized items such as furniture may take a little longer and may arrive in a separate shipment.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email. Tracking details are included whenever the carrier makes them available. For more on tracking, see our FAQ.

Order & address changes

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@overstockspot.com. We'll do our best to help before the order ships — once it's on the way, changes may no longer be possible.

Missing, delayed, or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived, arrives damaged, or isn't what you expected, contact us at support@overstockspot.com and we'll make it right. See Returns & Refunds for damaged or incorrect items.
